Deep hole drilling

We perform deep hole drilling on a CNC gun drill dedicated to such operations. We use gun drills with internal cooling, ensuring high precision of the hole drilling.

Maximum hole depth: up to 1500 mm

Hole diameter: ⌀ 4 – Ø30 mm

Wire electrical discharge machining WEDM

We perform WEDM on the Makino DUO43 machine tool, ensuring high precision of detail execution.  

Maximum cutting height: 300 mm       

Maximum cone angle: 30° / 100 mm               

Table load: 800 kg

Small hole EDM drilling

Simple drilling of holes using a special EDM drill is most often used as starting holes in the WEDM wire EDM process.

Maximum depth: up to 300 mm

Hole diameter: ⌀ 0.3 – Ø3.0 mm

Table load: 150 kg
